323 IPC in Hindi, Section 323 IPC in Hindi – Punishment for voluntarily causing hurt
स् वेच् छया उपहित कािरत करन के े िलए दण् ड—उस दशा के िसवाय, िजसके िलए धारा 334 मᱶ उपबंध ह,ै जो कोई स् वेच् छया उपहित कािरत करेगा, वह दोनᲂ मᱶ से िकसी भांित के कारावास से, िजसकी अविध एक वषर् तक की हो सकेगी, या जुमार्ने से, जो एक हजार रुपए तक का हो सकेगा, या दोनᲂ से, दिण् डत िकया जाएगा ।

Whoever, except in the case provided for by section 334, voluntarily causes hurt, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both
