Dhara 325 – Punishment for voluntarily causing grievous hurt
स् वेच् छया घोर उपहित कािरत करन के े िलए दण् ड—उस दशा के िसवाय, िजसके िलए धारा 335 मᱶ उपबध ह ं ,ै जो कोई स् वेच् छया घोर उपहित कािरत करेगा, वह दोनᲂ मᱶ से िकसी भांित के कारावास से, िजसकी अविध सात वषर् तक की हो सकेगी, दिण् डत िकया जाएगा, और जुमार्ने से भी दण् डनीय होगा ।
325 IPC, Section 325 IPC – Punishment for voluntarily causing grievous hurt
Whoever, except in the case provided for by section 335, voluntarily causes grievous hurt, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.
