सदोष अवरोध के िलए दण् ड—जो कोई िकसी व् यिक् त का सदोष अवरोध करेगा, वह सादा कारावास से, िजसकी अविध एक मास तक की हो सकेगी, या जुमार्ने स,े जो पांच सौ रुपए तक का हो सकेगा, या दोनᲂ से, दिण् डत िकया जाएगा ।
